Processing & Shipping Timeframe
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Please note: This is an estimated timeframe and orders may ship sooner. Processing time does not guarantee delivery within that period.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure all contact and shipping information is entered correctly to avoid delays.
Incorrect Addresses & Returned Shipments
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping fees. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
Liability After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, Slay and Heal Remedies is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance at checkout for added protection. In the event of a shipping issue, please contact USPS directly, as they are responsible for the delivery of insured packages.
Insurance Policy
- All orders over 10 oz are automatically shipped with insurance and will be sent via Priority Mail or Ground Advantage, depending on availability.
- Orders weighing 10 oz or less do not include insurance by default. If insurance is not added at checkout, USPS cannot be held responsible for any issues during transit.
