All purchases made through the Slay and Heal Remedies website are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products, unless otherwise specified and only in cases where the business is at fault (e.g., missing or incorrect items received).

All of our products are handmade and crafted for specialty use. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions and our store policies before completing a purchase.


Shipping & Liability

Once your order has been shipped, Slay and Heal Remedies is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect your package during transit. In the event of a shipping issue, please contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) directly to file a claim.
